OVERVIEW: PTI Health (www.ptihealth.com) is seeking an experienced, full-time Mobile Phlebotomist passionate about caring for people. Multiple positions are available for immediate hire. As a PTI Phlebotomist, you will procure blood and other laboratory specimens from home-bound patients and those at facilities such as nursing homes, drug rehabilitation centers, and adult daycares. This role requires attention to detail, a positive attitude, empathy, patience, a caring spirit, and excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide patients with the highest level of care.
• Uphold ethical standards.
• Follow policies, procedures, and requirements stipulated by PTI Mobile Lab and partners.
• Procure blood and laboratory specimens using standard venipuncture and other appropriate procedures.
• Process specimens (centrifuge, pipette, freeze when required).
• Transport specimens to local labs or PSC for processing.
• Work Monday-Friday, no weekends or holidays, with an 8-hour day shift starting around 7 am.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid NCPT Phlebotomy certification by NCCT, NHA, or accepted certifying agency.
• Demonstrate initial and annual competencies.
• Experience using smartphones, computers, and office printers.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Minimum two years of experience; mobile phlebotomy experience is a plus.

COMPENSATION:

Compensation varies based on the number of accurately completed draws or specimens, typically $20.00 - $37.00 per hour, with mileage reimbursement. Additional benefits include:
