Job summary

Blood Assurance is seeking a compassionate, dependable full-time Mobile Phlebotomist to join the Hermitage, TN Mobile Team. Duties include interviewing donors for suitability, performing mini physicals, and phlebotomy.

The position offers evenings and weekends on a flexible schedule with benefits and a $20/hour hourly rate. CDL or willingness to obtain CDL is desired.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification and/or prior phlebotomy experience.
• Strong customer service skills with attention to detail.
• A positive, caring attitude and scheduling flexibility.
• Overtime may be required.
• CDL license or willingness to obtain CDL license is desired.

Responsibilities

• Interview donors for suitability to donate.
• Administer mini physicals and collect phlebotomy samples.
• Perform phlebotomy on donors and ensure proper sample handling.

Blood Assurance is seeking a compassionate, dependable full-time MobilePhlebotomistto work on ourHermitage, TN Mobile Team. The duties of this job include interviewing donors for suitability to donate, mini physicals, and phlebotomy. The hourly rate for this FULL-TIME position is $20/hour. Schedule flexibility is required for this position as the days/hours worked each week will fluctuate.Some evenings and weekends will be required.

Qualified Phlebotomist applicants should possess:

• a high school degree or equivalent,
• a phlebotomy certificate and/or prior phlebotomy experience,
• strong customer service skills with attention to detail,
• a positive, caring attitude and,
• scheduling flexibility for a variety of shifts including evening and weekend hours
• may require overtime
• CDL license or the willingness and ability to get CDL license is desired
