Job summary

Asset Risk Inc. is seeking a Phlebotomist to perform mobile blood draws for patients in the Rutland area. The role requires reliable transportation, no centrifuging, and collection with proper labeling for testing. Pay ranges from $30 to $40 per successful blood draw, dependent on experience.

Responsibilities include prioritizing urgent draws, collecting patient information, and ensuring strict safety protocols. Prior experience and certification are preferred to meet industry standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Phlebotomist or Phlebotomy Technician.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• Knowledge of best practices in patient identification methods.
• Familiarity with the legal requirements regarding blood draws and fluid samples.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize requests for sample collection based on urgency.
• Collect patients’ personal information.
• Determine the correct venipuncture method for each patient.
• Provide patients with reassurance during the collection process.
• Use sterilized needles, vials, and other equipment to draw blood.
• Correctly label samples and send them for testing.
• NEVER send back ANY NEEDLES with any Blood draw.
