Job summary

Asset Risk Inc. is seeking a Phlebotomist for a mobile role. You will collect blood samples from patients at various sites. Reliable transportation is a must. Compensation is paid per successful blood draw, ranging from $30-$40 per patient based on experience.

Responsibilities include prioritizing urgent requests, collecting patient information, choosing venipuncture methods, and properly labeling samples for testing. Phlebotomy certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as phlebotomist or phlebotomy technician.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• Knowledge of patient identification best practices.
• Familiarity with legal requirements for blood draws and fluid samples.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize sample collection requests based on urgency.
• Collect patients’ personal information.
• Determine venipuncture method for each patient.
• Provide reassurance to patients during collection.
• Use sterilized needles and vials for blood draws.
• Label samples correctly and send for testing.
• Never send back any needles with a blood draw.
