Job summary

Principle Health Systems is seeking a reliable Mobile Phlebotomist to join our Midland, TX team. The role involves drawing patient samples, maintaining accurate records, and delivering excellent service at assigned facilities across the Midland territory.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of mobile phlebotomy experience, strong venipuncture skills, and excellent communication. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required; flexibility for early hours and weekends is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of mobile phlebotomy experience, preferably within Nursing Home/LTACH markets.
• Proficiency in venipuncture and understanding of test tube/draw requirements.
• Strong written and verbal interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draw patient samples within assigned routes and schedules.
• Provide coverage for sample collection duties when needed.
• Maintain regular contact with facilities to ensure service satisfaction.
• Communicate issues within territory and propose resolutions.
• Serve as the friendly face of PHS laboratory services and address service concerns.
• Maintain detailed records of time worked and mileage and assist with data corrections.
