Job summary

Premise Health is seeking Health Screeners in Shreveport, LA, offering competitive compensation and flexible schedules. Candidates should have strong customer service skills and relevant phlebotomy experience.

You will be responsible for performing health screenings, including biometric tests and blood draws, in local companies. A minimum of a high school diploma and current phlebotomy certification is required. This position requires a PRN availability with event-driven hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of experience in Health Screening or Phlebotomy preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform biometric testing including height, weight, and blood pressure.
• Blood draws (fingerstick and/or venipuncture) in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain logs and records according to regulatory requirements.
