Job summary

Premise Health is seeking a Mobile Phlebotomist (PRN) to support biometric testing at client sites in the Denver area. You will perform fingerstick and venipuncture blood draws, record results, and help maintain mobile stations during events.

Ideal candidates have recent phlebotomy experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to pass a background check. Morning availability and reliable transportation are required for event-based work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• National phlebotomy certification or approved program with hands-on externship.
• 100 fingersticks within last year or 200 venipuncture draws in last 6 months.
• Active state phlebotomy certification required for NV/CA/WA/LA if performing phlebotomy.

Responsibilities

• Perform biometric testing (height, weight, BP, body fat, BMI).
• Conduct fingerstick/venipuncture blood draws in a fast-paced setting.
• Prepare specimens for storage or processing.
• Set up and break down portable blood draw stations at events.
