Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Active phlebotomy or medical assistant certification based on state requirements.
• Minimum of 1 year of phlebotomy experience, including at least 100 blood draws.
• Experience with pediatric and geriatric patients, urine, and EKG administration.
• Must have internet access, computer, and printer.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care: venipunctures, vitals, histories, urine collections, and EKGs as applicable.
• Manage specimens: label, centrifuge, split, and package for transport.
• Be a mobile ambassador: travel locally to meet clients with flexible scheduling.
• Stay tech-connected: use company portal to confirm appointments and upload exams within 24–48 hours.
• Keep operations smooth: assist with inventory, maintain spaces, dispatch calls, mentor others as needed.
