Schedule:

Early start (0200) Monday-Friday with on call rotations

About the Role:

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced phlebotomist who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a knack for handling challenging blood draws.

Only candidates with at least 2 years of phlebotomy experience will be considered.

What You'll Do:• Travel a predetermined route to assigned locations to collect patient samples with precision and care.• Verify patient identity and label specimens accurately.• Process and prepare specimens for transport to the lab.• Complete logs and documentation with meticulous attention to detail before shift end.• Follow all company policies, OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control guidelines.

What We're Looking For:• Open availability with the ability to start shifts as early as 2:00 AM• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.• A smartphone for communication and route tracking.• A positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and superior bedside manner.• Exceptional attention to detail, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
