St. Luke's University Health Network seeks a Mobile Phlebotomist to draw blood from patients at various locations. This role involves responsibilities like following safety protocols, handling specimens, and maintaining patient confidentiality. Candidates should possess a high school diploma, strong customer service skills, and experience in phlebotomy. Flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential for this position.

The Mobile Phlebotomist is responsible for drawing patients' blood at locations other than a Patient Service Center or hospital.
Ability to operate a motor vehicle within the St. Luke’s University Health Network service area. Must be able to sit for up to two hours, perform manual dexterity tasks such as palpating veins, grasping, twisting, and turning. Ability to lift and carry objects up to twenty pounds, stoop, bend, and stabilize/uncooperative outpatients. Must read, write, and speak fluent English. Sensory requirements include touch, hearing, and sight.
High School diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree preferred. Graduate from an accredited phlebotomy school with at least 100 successful blood draws.
Minimum of two years of phlebotomy experience required; three to five years preferred. Basic computer skills required. Ability to exercise independent judgment. Strong customer service focus. Bilingual in English/Spanish or Arabic preferred. Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation required.
