Job summary

DocGo, Inc. in Lansdale, PA is seeking a dedicated full-time phlebotomist. Hours are Monday–Friday, 7am–3pm, with a minimum pay rate of $20/hour and the potential to earn up to $37/hour based on accurately completed draws. A $1,000 sign-on bonus and benefits are included.

Responsibilities include procuring blood and specimens, processing and transporting samples, and maintaining ethical patient care. Pay-for-performance incentives are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid NCPT Phlebotomy certificate by NCCT, NHA or a current certification for phlebotomy.
• Experience using a smartphone, computer, and office printer.
• Valid Driver’s License in state of residence with a clean record.
• Reliable transportation and proof of current liability insurance.
• Minimum two years of phlebotomy experience.
• Mobile phlebotomy experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with the highest level of care.
• Uphold the highest level of ethical behavior.
• Follow policies and requirements stipulated by PTI Mobile Lab and our partners.
• Procure blood and other laboratory specimens from patients using venipuncture.
• Process specimens (centrifuge, pipette, freeze when required).
• Transport specimens to local lab or PSC for processing.
