About the Role

This position is as-needed, offering scheduling flexibility and competitive pay. You will perform health screenings at local companies for their employees.

What Would Make You Successful

Strong customer service skills, venipuncture and/or fingerstick experience, ability to use a manual BP cuff, tech-savviness, and excellent communication skills.

Essential Job Functions

• Perform and record biometric tests (height, weight, blood pressure, body fat, BMI)
• Conduct blood testing via fingerstick and venipuncture in a fast-paced environment
• Prepare specimens for storage or processing
• Set up and break down portable blood draw stations
• Transport supplies as needed (lifting up to 20 lbs.)
• Maintain logs and records per regulatory standards
• Must have morning availability (Monday-Friday)
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Current national certification in Phlebotomy from an approved organization OR completion of an accredited program with externship
• Over 100 successful finger sticks in the last year or 200 venipunctures in the last 6 months
• Active state-specific Phlebotomy certification required in NV, CA, WA, and LA

Experience

• 1 year of health screening or phlebotomy experience preferred

Other Duties

Estimated pay range: $27-$32/hour, based on location and other factors.
