Job Details
The candidate/phlebotomist is responsible for obtaining vitals, drawing blood, urine, EKG's and medical history.
The candidate will travel to the patient's location for appointments.
Paid per appointment/event, this is not an hourly or salary-paid position.
Bi-Weekly Pay.
Some travel expenses are covered depending on the location of the appointment.
Responsibilities
Traveling to specified locations to obtain samples above as required.
Disinfecting extraction sites using alcohol swabs.
Gathering mandatory information from patients and verifying their identities.
Obtaining vitals, blood, urine, EKG's, medical history
Accurately labeling all samples
Maintaining accurate patient records, which include detailing any medical issues experienced by patients during venipuncture procedures that may affect the accuracy of test results.
Minimum Requirements
Proven experienced phlebotomist.
Valid driver\'s license.
Valid Auto Insurance.
Excellent customer service & communication skills.
