Metro Health is seeking a Mobile Phlebotomist (PRN) to perform in-home blood draws across assigned areas. You set your own schedule with no full-time commitment, and you are compensated per completed draw with mileage when applicable.
This independent contractor role requires an active phlebotomy certification, at least six months of relevant experience, reliable transportation, a clean driving record, English fluency, and a smartphone with internet access.
You will work directly for Metro Health's patient care operations.
Are you an experienced phlebotomist looking to earn extra, supplemental income around your own schedule? This PRN role lets you pick up in-home blood draws on your terms. There are no set shifts and no full-time commitment, just flexible opportunities that fit around the life you already have.
Position: Mobile Phlebotomist (PRN, As-Needed)
Location: Varies; draws are matched to your surrounding area.
Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099), Part-Time / As-Needed - Not Full-Time.
Schedule: You set your own availability. Patient demand is concentrated in weekday mornings and early afternoons, so that's when you'll see the most offers. There is currently little to no patient demand for evening, weekend, or holiday draws. No minimum or maximum hours are required, and there is no guarantee of a set number of draws. Work as much or as little as fits your life.
Pay: $50 base rate per completed draw, plus mileage compensation when applicable.
Set your availability — Log in and upload your open time slots to your calendar whenever it works for you.
You control your calendar — Update your availability anytime; there's no obligation to maintain a set schedule.
Get matched — When a patient in your area requests an in-home blood draw during a time you've marked as available, you'll receive a notification with the offer details.
Accept or decline — Review the patient details and choose whether to accept the offer.
Complete the draw and get paid.
