Metro Health is seeking a Mobile Phlebotomist (PRN, Independent Contractor) to perform in-home blood draws on a flexible schedule. Location varies; draws are matched to your surrounding area.

Schedule: You set your own availability and will receive offers when patients request a draw in your area. Accept or decline offers, complete the draw, and get paid per completed draw, with mileage compensation when applicable.

Qualifications

• Must have an active phlebotomy certification.
• Minimum six months of current, relevant work experience.
• Must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Must have a smartphone with internet access.

Responsibilities

About the Role:

You will work directly for Metro Health's patient care operations. Are you an experienced phlebotomist looking to earn extra, supplemental income around your own schedule? This PRN role lets you pick up in-home blood draws on your terms. There are no set shifts and no full-time commitment, just flexible opportunities that fit around the life you already have.

Position: Mobile Phlebotomist (PRN, As-Needed)

Location: Varies; draws are matched to your surrounding area.

Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099), Part-Time / As-Needed - Not Full-Time.

Schedule: You set your own availability. Patient demand is concentrated in weekday mornings and early afternoons, so that's when you'll see the most offers. There is currently little to no patient demand for evening, weekend, or holiday draws.

Pay: $50 base rate per completed draw, plus mileage compensation when applicable.

Requirements:

• Must have an active phlebotomy certification.
• Must have a minimum of six months of current, relevant work experience, in addition to any instructional hours completed while obtaining your certification.
