Job summary
Amazon Pharmacy is seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician in Louisville, KY to support both in-pharmacy operations and remote kiosk assignments. Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in state of employment.
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or NHA).
- Valid and current driver's license may be required.
- Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Drive from Pharmacy locations to remote Kiosk locations using company vehicle.
- Refill Pharmacy Kiosks with medications and paper; maintain kiosks and inventory.
- Prepare inventory shipments for kiosk replenishment.
- Assist pharmacist in filling prescription items as permitted by the state board.
- Maintain a safe and clean pharmacy compliant with procedures and regulations.
- Work with leadership to ensure correct medications are used in orders.
- Operate automated machinery for pre-sorting and packing medications.
- Transition Amazon Pharmacy orders through workflow stages from dispense to QC.
- Pack and ship completed orders with proper labeling.
- Support Pharmacy Manager and staff in receiving, shipping, counting, and packing.
