- Travel to multiple locations to support pharmacy operations and medication distribution
- Collect information needed to fill prescriptions from customers or healthcare professionals
- Measures, mixes, and labels medications under the supervision of a pharmacist
- Ensures accurate prescription preparation and dispensing
- Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing prescription medications
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers
- Process insurance claims and handle medication inquiries
- Ensure inventory control and proper storage of medications during transit
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols while transporting medications
- Communicate effectively with pharmacy teams and healthcare professionals

Education / Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a pharmacy technician
License / Certification / Other special requirements
- Pharmacy technician certification preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Travel Requirements
- Percentage of travel: 25-75%
- Reliable personal vehicle for travel
- Ability to travel 60-70% of the time
Physical Requirements
This role requires frequently sitting, standing, walking, typing on a keyboard, occasionally bending, reaching, and climbing (stairs/ladders). The physical requirements include the ability to push/pull and lift/carry 11-20 lbs.
