Responsible, hard-working animal lovers wanted to provide superior customer service grooming dogs and cats in our mobile pet spas in the Waltham, Arlington, Cambridge and surrounding areas! Experience with professional pet care required, such as:
• dog or cat grooming/ bathing
• dog training
• dog walking or boarding
• vet technician
• volunteer at MSPCA or animal shelter

Applicants without any professional experience involving pets will not be considered.

• We are looking for you to take over existing routes for beginning of June, so training would be done with current groomer(s) before hand, likely in May.

Qualifications

• high degree of professionalism and integrity
• experience with and love of animals
• punctuality and conscientiousness
• clean driving record and current MA driver's license; must have 3+ years of driving experience and be deemed insurable
• must be 21 years of age or older
• must be able to work with both dogs and cats and have transportation to and from our Waltham garage for 9am start time
• position is about 45 hours/week, working four days a week: Monday/Wednesday/Thursday/Saturday.

Applications will include confirmation that you meet our carrier's insurance guidelines, a Zoom interview, a day-long ride along, and a comprehensive background check and contact of references before a formal offer is made. The process can be completed in as little as 2 weeks depending on your availability. Start date can be flexible. If your resume does not include any relevant pet care experience, your application is unlikely to be considered.

Mobile Units

Our mobile pet grooming vas are Mercedes Benz Sprinter vas with custom-designed pet salons, with air conditioning, heat, electricity, and water, and relies on no outside electrical or water hookups. We are environmentally friendly! The van’s spacious interior helps pets maneuver easily and enhances the groomer’s ability to ensure all of the pet’s needs are met. Aussie Pet Mobile is 100% cage-free, one-on-one attention in the comfort of our client’s driveway.
