Job summary

Barnes Quality Pest Control in Bend, OR, now part of Senske Services, seeks a Pest Control Technician (and Lawn Care Specialist) to service residential and commercial customers on route-based assignments. You will travel to sites, apply our pest control products safely, and act as a problem solver for customers.

Cross-training in lawn applications and pest control, with emphasis on safety, PPE, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and safe driving history.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug test (THC excluded).
• Must be at least 21 years old to drive company vehicle.
• Commitment to safety and proper PPE usage.
• Friendly and dedicated to great customer service.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work independently or in a crew.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine pest control and lawn care services on route-based assignments.
• Safely apply company products to eliminate pests for residential and commercial customers.
• Identify additional service opportunities and participate in upselling to current and new customers.
• Maintain strong communication with customers while on-site.
