GYMGUYZ trains clients directly at homes, offices, and organizations, offering flexible, in-home and on-site sessions with a performance-based pay structure. You’ll work within a nationwide network and have opportunities for advancement into Master Trainer and leadership roles.

The role emphasizes autonomy, mobile training freedom, ongoing onboarding, and development, with a strong emphasis on client outcomes and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification is required.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions.
• Comfort with mobile and web apps to manage sessions and client notes.
• Excellent communication, professionalism and energy.
• Desire to be part of a dynamic, fast-growing team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions.
• Design personalized programs using our GYMGUYZ App.
• Conduct reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Manage your schedule efficiently.
• Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins.
• Collaborate with a supportive team that shares your passion.
