GYMGUYZ Huntsville/Decatur franchise seeks a Female Exercise Specialist to deliver energetic, in-home and on-site training sessions using the GYMGUYZ app. Build personalized programs, reassess progress, and manage your own schedule with flexible part-time to full-time options.

You’ll work with clients who want results, benefit from performance bonuses, paid onboarding, and a clear growth path into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
• CPR/AED certification required
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sessions
• Experience using Mindbody/Trainerize apps to manage sessions and client notes

Responsibilities

• Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions
• Design personalized programs using our GYMGUYZ App
• Conduct reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
• Manage your schedule efficiently
• Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins
