Deliver high-energy, customized sessions using our app, train clients across sessions, and manage your schedule with onboarding and ongoing development. Join a nationwide network of pros driving results.

Qualifications

• Must hold national fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.).
• CPR/AED certification is required.
• Willing to travel between sessions to meet client needs.
• Comfortable using mobile and web apps to manage sessions and notes.
• Strong communication and energy to motivate clients.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, team-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home and on-site, high-energy training sessions.
• Design personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Conduct reassessments and track client progress.
• Manage your schedule efficiently across clients.
• Motivate clients and celebrate outcomes with integrity.
• Collaborate with a supportive franchise team to drive results.
