GYMGUYZ NW Washington is seeking a Female Exercise Specialist to deliver dynamic, in-home and on-site personal training across NW Washington. You’ll design programs, reassess progress, and manage your schedule using our app, while traveling between sessions.

This role offers a flexible schedule, part-time to full-time options, competitive base pay of $40–$45 per hour plus performance bonuses and growth opportunities. Join a nationwide network that values autonomy, training, and client impact.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.).
• CPR/AED certified (required).
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions.
• Familiarity with mobile apps to manage sessions and notes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions.
• Design personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Conduct reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Manage your schedule efficiently and communicate with clients.
• Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins.
