GYMGUYZ NW Washington brings fitness directly to homes, offices, and organizations, offering no gym rent and a flexible schedule. You’ll train clients in their spaces with our mobile model, enjoying autonomy and the chance to grow within a national network.

We provide onboarding, ongoing development, and a clear path to Master Trainer and leadership roles, plus performance bonuses. This role supports NW Washington’s fitness community with individualized coaching and mobility.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.).
• CPR/AED certified is required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sessions.
• Comfort with mobile and web apps (Mindbody, Trainerize) to manage sessions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions.
• Design personalized programs using our GYMGUYZ App.
• Conduct reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Manage your schedule efficiently.
• Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins.
• Represent GYMGUYZ’s core values — DRIVE — in every session.
