GYMGUYZ seeks a Female Exercise Specialist to deliver high-energy, in-home and on-site training sessions nationwide. You’ll design programs using our app, complete reassessments, and manage your schedule with autonomy.

Enjoy flexible hours, performance bonuses, onboarding and ongoing development, plus a growth path into Master Trainer and leadership roles. CPR/AED certification is required.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.).
• CPR/AED certification is required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between sessions.
• Comfort with mobile/web apps to manage sessions and notes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions.
• Design personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ app.
• Conduct reassessments and track client progress.
• Manage your schedule and communicate with clients effectively.
• Motivate clients and celebrate progress with a supportive team.
