GYMGUYZ is hiring a Female Exercise Specialist to provide in-home and on-site coaching across client locations, delivering high-energy sessions and personalized programs using our app. The role emphasizes flexibility, autonomy, and growth within a nationwide mobile training network.

You will manage schedules, reassess progress, and collaborate with a team while upholding DRIVE values. Requires active PT certification and CPR/AED, plus ability to travel between sessions and engage clients

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
• CPR/AED certification required
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sessions
• Experience using mobile/web apps (e.g., Mindbody, Trainerize) to manage sessions and notes
• Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home and on-site training sessions with high energy
• Design personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ App
• Conduct reassessments using the data in the GYMGUYZ App
• Manage your schedule effectively across client sessions
• Motivate clients, track progress, and celebrate achievements
• Collaborate with a supportive team while upholding DRIVE values
