Job summary

GYMGUYZ Huntsville & Decatur is seeking a Female Exercise Specialist to deliver energetic in-home and on-site training. You’ll use our app to tailor programs and reassess client progress, while managing your own schedule and building client relationships.

The role offers flexible hours (part-time to full-time) with competitive pay of $25–$35 per hour plus bonuses and clear growth paths into Master Trainer and leadership positions. Training is provided and ongoing development is available.

Qualifications

• Must hold a nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.).
• CPR/AED certification is required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sessions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions.
• Design personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Conduct reassessments and track client progress.
• Motivate clients and celebrate results.
