Job summary

Benevis is seeking a Mobile Anesthesiologist to support our Pediatric Dentist during in-office surgery days. You will provide high-level anesthesia care for pediatric patients, including more than local anesthesia where needed, across various office settings.

The role emphasizes collaboration with dental teams, airway management, and compassionate patient experiences for children and young adults, with flexible scheduling options for part-time or independent contractor arrangements.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Anesthesiology Residency.
• Current, valid medical or dental license in good standing.
• Required certifications include PALS, BLS, DEA, etc.
• Demonstrated capability in anesthesia delivery, including intravenous deep sedation and general anesthesia.
• Collaborative ability to work with dental teams, surgeons, nurses and other professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized anesthesiology services within a dental practice, adapting to different clinical environments.
• Collaborate with Pediatric Dentists to optimize patient cooperation and airway management.
• Deliver anesthesia care for pediatric patients, including those with anxiety or disabilities, during office-based surgery days.
