Job summary

Titan Security is hiring Mobile Patrol Security Officers to patrol at a retail location in Howell, Michigan. You will provide excellent customer service, conduct patrols, control access, monitor cameras, and maintain logs.

Requirements include being 18+, valid driver's license, a HS diploma or GED, English proficiency, and ability to pass background checks and physical tasks. Benefits and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a Valid Driver's License.
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 75 lbs, completing foot patrols, sitting, standing, walking, driving for a significant period of time, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information.
• Conduct general patrols on foot and within a vehicle to check for security violations like unsafe conditions or unauthorized persons.
• Control access for patrons, visitors or vendors as required.
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment.
• Maintain clear, accurate logs pertaining to people or property including packages.
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management.
• Other duties as assigned.
