GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Surveillance Mobile Patrol Security Officer!

Are you ready to serve as a Surveillance Mobile Patrol Security Guard?

This role requires a keen eye for detail and strong observation skills to monitor security systems and detect threats early. You will be responsible for spotting potential issues before they escalate in environments such as security operations centers, call centers, parking gatehouses, and more.

What’s in it for you:

• Site Location: Durham, NC
• Set Schedule:
• Full-time (40 hours/week):
• Afternoons: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Wednesday - Sunday
• Overnights: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM, Friday - Tuesday
• Split shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM, Saturday - Sunday; and 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Monday - Tuesday (total 32 hrs/week)
• Part-time (16 hours/week):
• Overnights: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM, Wednesday - Thursday
• Competitive hourly wage: $17.93 per hour (DailyPay available for GardaWorld employees)

Responsibilities:

• Monitor security systems for suspicious activity
• Document incidents and write detailed reports
• Respond promptly to incidents or threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure safety
• Control access and verify visitor identities
• Analyze security system vulnerabilities
• Collaborate with law enforcement in emergencies
• Ensure safety of individuals and property

Qualifications:

• Active Unarmed PPSB License (must have)
• Active valid driver’s license (must have)
• CPR certification encouraged
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or GED documentation
• Ability to pass extensive screening
• Strong report writing skills
• Excellent visual acuity and concentration
• Proficiency with technology
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus
