Allied Universal® in New York is seeking a Mobile Patrol Driver for a financial institution client. This full-time, unarmed security position involves patrols, visible presence, and responding to incidents while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires a valid driver's license, being 21+, a high school diploma, and completion of background checks and drug screening in accordance with laws. You will work with a reliable team that values integrity and safety.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking offices, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter areas to report unusual activity or access concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner following post orders.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials as directed, reporting unauthorized entry or suspicious behavior.
• Prepare accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoff documentation as required.

Job Description

As a Mobile Patrol Driver - Financial Institution, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an unarmed officer supporting a financial institution location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns. This driving post requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal policy. Deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while working with a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative team that acts with integrity.

What You’ll Do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking offices, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and/or access concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and notification procedures.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report unauthorized entry attempts or suspicious behavior to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoff documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21+ years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
