Job summary

Flagship Therapy is seeking a PRN Mobile Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant to provide in-home therapy in the San Diego area, supporting post-acute and geriatric patients.

Active California PTA license and CPR are required; SNF experience is preferred. This mobile role offers a flexible schedule, mileage plus paid travel time, and pay starting at $40+ per hour based on experience. Relocation/ commuting to San Diego 92122 is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care.

We are currently seeking a PRN Mobile Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant to provide in-home therapy in the San Diego, CA, area.

PRN: Monday-Friday schedule with work-life balance

Pay: $40+/hour based on experience

• Flexible, independent field role
• Supplement with SNF patients if caseload is light
• Mileage + paid travel time
• Looking for experience with NetHealth & PCC
