Flagship Therapy is seeking a Mobile Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant to support Mallard Creek in Fort Worth, TX, providing rehabilitative care to geriatric and post-acute patients under PT supervision.

This full-time role welcomes new graduates and emphasizes evidence-based practice, teamwork, and delivering compassionate therapy services in an assisted living setting.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist Assistant license is required.

Responsibilities

• Apply evidence-based practices to support clinical interventions.
• Provide rehabilitative treatment to patients under Physical Therapist supervision.
• Administer rehabilitation procedures including manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, and supportive device use under Physical Therapist supervision.
• Collaborate with the supervising Physical Therapist to assess and adjust treatments according to regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Offer consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.

MOBILE OUTPATIENT PHYSICAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT - FULL TIME

MALLARD CREEK - FORT WORTH, TX

Mallard Creek in Fort Worth, TX, is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric services provided. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are currently seeking a Full Time Mobile Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant serving our nearby Assisted Living unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply evidence-based practices to support clinical interventions.
• Provide rehabilitative treatment to patients with physical functioning disorders under Physical Therapist supervision.
• Administer various rehabilitation procedures, including manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, and supportive device use, under Physical Therapist supervision.
• Collaborate with the supervising Physical Therapist to assess and adjust treatments according to regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Offer consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.

Qualifications
