Qualifications

• Georgia Optometry License required.
• Willingness to travel mobile clinic across DeKalb, Gwinnett, Fulton, Clayton, Cobb, Henry, Douglas counties.
• Must pass Department of Justice background check (LiveScan) and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision evaluations: VA checks, binocular vision, IOP, pupils, refraction and correction.
• Prescribe vision devices and test devices on applicable equipment.
• Document patient diagnoses in internal systems.
