Job summary

Eyetastic Services, LLC is a mobile optometry practice delivering eye care directly to nursing home residents. The role offers flexible scheduling (3-5 days weekly) with no required evenings or weekends, and a dedicated medical assistant to support daily tasks.

You will travel to facilities to provide comprehensive eye exams and vision care. Earn between $800 and $1,000 per day for about 5–6 hours of work, with company handling scheduling and billing, and travel costs reimbursed.

Qualifications

• Valid state optometry license or in the process of obtaining one.
• Own transportation and ability to travel to multiple facilities.
• Valid, clean driver's license and vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Visit nursing homes daily to provide on-site eye exams and vision care.
• Utilize portable equipment for refractions, glaucoma screenings, and retinal evaluations.
• Develop individualized care plans and prescribe corrective lenses.
• Collaborate with optometric assistants and support staff in a collaborative environment.
• Maintain accurate, thorough documentation for each patient encounter.
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals for follow-up care.
