Qualifications

• OD must hold state license to practice optometry.
• Active driver's license.
• TPA certification/Legend Drug Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive optometry services to residents of nursing homes and long-term care facilities.
• Diagnose and treat refractive and ocular disorders common in elderly patients.
• Document clinical findings in EMR and coordinate care with facility staff.
