Job summary

Eyetastic Services seeks a Mobile Optometrist to provide optometric care in Florida correctional facilities and travel within a defined radius from home base. The role is open to part-time (1099) or full-time (W2 or 1099). The focus is medical optometry with broad ocular disease and urgent eye care needs.

You will maintain records and comply with facility regulations while enjoying strong earning potential and opportunities for professional growth in an underserved setting.

Qualifications

• OD degree required.
• Residency training preferred; non-residency candidates must have extensive medical optometry experience.
• No new graduates without residency training.
• Licensed (or eligible) to practice optometry in Florida.

Compensation:

• Minimum $1,000 per day
• Average $1,500–$2,000 per day
• Florida-based full-time ODs can earn $400,000–$500,000 annually
