Qualifications

Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
Valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license as required in the state of practice.
Valid driver's license or reliable transportation to patient's residence.
Responsibilities
Provide outpatient rehabilitation services in an in-home setting.
Conduct occupational therapy programs to facilitate rehabilitation.
Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants and students.
Ensure adherence to patient treatment schedules and documentation.
Consult with rehabilitation team members for patient care.
