This position involves reviewing medical records, conducting interviews, and documenting results for readiness classification. Candidates must have an active NP license, CPR/BLS certification, and be adaptable to varied work environments, including mobile settings. The role primarily works weekends, with compensation set at $550 per day plus travel pay.

Qualifications

• Supervising Physician may be required depending on the state requirement.
• Experience with Primary Care, Urgent Care or Occupational Health – preferred.
• Experience with mobile medical services – preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Physical Health Assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history, service member medical records, and medical questionnaires.
• Document interview results for readiness classification in the service member’s medical record.

Education
