Job summary

A healthcare solutions provider is looking for a Nurse Practitioner to support the health assessments of military personnel. This role requires an active NP license and experience with primary care. Candidates should be adaptable to fast-paced environments and willing to work in various locations, including remote military installations. Qualifications

• Experience with Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Occupational Health preferred.
• Experience with mobile medical services preferred.
• Knowledge of Military systems, protocols, and terminology preferred.
• Adaptable to fast-paced environments with large volumes of service members seen daily.
• Able to work extended hours.
• Able to work in various locations, including remote military installations.
• Able to travel with weekend availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Physical Health Assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history, medical records, and questionnaires.
• Interview military personnel about medical concerns.
• Identify immediate health concerns, inclusive of Behavioral Health.
• Document interview results in the service member’s medical record.

Skills

Active NP license in the state

CPR/BLS Certification

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Basic computer knowledge and skills
