Job summary

Ennoble Care in Mississippi is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary and palliative care to homebound patients in the Jackson metro area on a full-time basis. You will work under a physician to manage chronic diseases and deliver compassionate care to diverse patients in their homes.

Requirements include board certification and Mississippi NP/PA licensure, 1–2 years in primary care with geriatrics, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Board Certified NP or PA with Mississippi license.
• Strong clinical skills to assess, diagnose and manage patients.
• 1–2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients; hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality care to primary and palliative patients in and around Jackson, Mississippi.
• Assess patient's health by performing physical exams, histories, and planning care.
• Communicate effectively with the office and clinical operations across platforms.
• Develop impressions, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Consult with patients, families, and caregivers during visits.
• Order diagnostic tests as needed.
• Prescribe medications and medically necessary interventions.
