RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform acknowledgments and proofs. Administer oaths and affirmations. Execute jurats or verifications on oath or affirmation. Certify copies. Note protests (Notaries performing this act must be employed by a depository institution and must be acting within their scope of employment).

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

• MUST be a U.S. citizen.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Notary Public certification. Clear a background check.
• Experience in notarizing loan documents.
• Familiarity with legal documents like wills, deeds, and car titles.
• Proficiency in typing and accurately filling out documents.
• Ability to translate and sign documents efficiently and accurately.
