Essential Duties:

1. Serve as a Notary Public for City documents, staying current on legal requirements, and work independently under minimal supervision of your City Clerk.
2. Coordinate system software updates for agenda development and digital recording.
3. Prepare and compile statistical and monthly reports.
4. Receive and process formal petitions.

Qualifications:

1. Must be a U.S. citizen.
2. Notary Public or able to obtain one within 1 year of employment.
3. Bachelor’s Degree.
4. Five years of related experience in local government or a legal office.

Job Requirements:

Computer, Internet, and a home office setup.

Compensation:

$125.00 to $200.00 per loan signing appointment.
