Job summary

Emerging Technology Support, LLC in Chantilly, VA is seeking a Discipline Lead to manage the wireless instructor team and coordinate training delivery. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with tactical SIGINT.
• 3+ years in wireless theories, technologies, and protocols.
• 3+ years designing, developing, administering, and implementing a technical training program.
• Proven experience working with Intelligence Community partners.
• Clearance requirements: TS/SCI with polygraph; eligible for access to classified information.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day wireless instructor team and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Direct the mobile network training pipeline's execution and development.
• Collaborate with the client to identify and drive evolving training requirements.
• Deliver diverse instruction including scenario training, academic delivery, and drills.
