Job summary

MedQuest Imaging is seeking a Mobile MR Technologist to join our on-the-road MRI team. You will travel with the mobile MRI truck, prepare patients, and safely operate MR equipment to obtain diagnostic scans.

The role supports physicians and delivers diagnostic services across communities in the region. The ideal candidate holds ARRT MR or Radiography credentials, an appropriate state license, and at least one year of MR experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• ARRT MR or Radiography program completion is required.
• 2-year/Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year MR experience required.
• IV credentialed and valid state license required.

Responsibilities

• Operate MR equipment and prepare patients to obtain diagnostic scans.
• Assist physicians during diagnostic and/or therapeutic MR procedures.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during mobile MRI operations.

Responsibilities

The Mobile MR Technologist travels with the mobile MRI truck and assists physicians in the performance of diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures by preparing the patient and safely operating the MR equipment in order to obtain diagnostic scans.

Qualifications

Education:

• High School or GED required
• Graduate of ARRT-approved Radiography Program or MR Program required
• 2 Year / Associate Degree preferred

Experience

• Minimum of one year of experience in MR required

License/Certification

• Certified and registered by ARRT in MR – RT(R)(MR) or RT(MR) required
• IV Credentialed required
• Applicable state license required
