Job summary

MedQuest Imaging, a trusted partner of Novant Health, is seeking Mobile MR Technologists to bring high-quality diagnostic imaging directly to communities across the region.

You will travel with the mobile MRI truck, assist physicians, and operate MR equipment to obtain diagnostic scans while supporting multiple facilities as needed. Shifts are 12- and 10-hour, with competitive pay and fringe benefits.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Graduate of ARRT-approved Radiography or MR program.
• 2 year/associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travels with the mobile MRI truck and assists physicians in diagnostic procedures.
• Safely operates MR equipment to obtain diagnostic scans.

The role will support mobile MRI operations in the Wilmington/Jacksonvillemarket, serving multiple healthcare facilities throughout the region as needed.

Responsibilities

The Mobile MR Technologist travels with the mobile MRI truck and assists physicians in the performance of diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures by preparing the patient and safely operating the MR equipment in order to obtain diagnostic scans.

Qualifications

Education:

• High School or GED required


• Graduate of ARRT-approved Radiography Program or MR Program required


• 2 Year / Associate Degree preferred

Experience:

• Minimum of one year of experience in MR required

License/Certification:

• Certified and registered by ARRT in MR – RT(R)(MR) or RT(MR) required


• IV Credentialed required


• Applicable state license required
