Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of delivery experience preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Must have a valid, state-issued driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Drive for a significant portion of the day delivering, set-ups, service, and exchanges; coordinate with branch staff and customer; complete orders and reconciliations within location hours.
• Educate patients and caregivers on equipment use, care, and safety; report concerns promptly.
• Provide daily activity and asset reconciliations; manage route sheets and manifests.
• On-call responsibilities during non-business hours, including nights/weekends.
• Process orders timely with proper paperwork; ensure documentation is complete.
• Maintain knowledge of company policies, products, regulations, and accreditation requirements.
