Job summary

Your Health Organization is seeking a Delivery Medical Associate (Driver) to ensure timely delivery of durable medical equipment to clinics, facilities, and patients in the [LOCATION] area. The role requires safe driving, proper equipment handling, and excellent customer service.

You will operate from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with travel between offices and care sites. Join a team focused on quality care, comprehensive training, and competitive benefits including 401K matching

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience delivering medical equipment preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle for Durable Medical Equipment.
• Adhere to traffic laws and regulations while driving.
• Load and unload durable medical equipment onto and from the delivery vehicle.
• Verify and document the condition of equipment upon delivery and return.
• Install and set up durable medical equipment at healthcare facilities and patient’s residences.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
• Coordinate with the dispatch team to receive delivery schedules and updates.
• Instruct clients on the proper use and care of the delivered medical equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures and delivery times.
