Job summary

Your Health Organization is seeking a Delivery Medical Associate to safely transport durable medical equipment to healthcare facilities and patients’ homes. This full-time role requires reliable daily travel, with standard hours 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, in the [LOCATION] area.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, securing equipment, setting up devices, routing deliveries, and providing basic usage guidance, while maintaining thorough delivery records and professional client

Qualifications

• Requires a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience delivering medical equipment is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with basic maintenance tasks for delivery vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport Durable Medical Equipment.
• Adhere to traffic laws and regulations while driving.
• Load and unload equipment onto and from the delivery vehicle.
• Secure equipment to prevent damage during transport.
• Verify and document condition of equipment on delivery and return.
• Install and set up equipment at facilities and residences.
• Provide basic instructions on initial use of equipment.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes for timeliness.
• Coordinate with dispatch for schedules and updates.
• Instruct clients on proper use and care of equipment.
• Address client inquiries professionally.
• Maintain records of deliveries with signatures and times.
