Job summary

APPS Paramedical is seeking a Mobile Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist for the North Seattle/Ballard area. Exams are performed at the client’s location, including blood draws, vitals, and EKGs when required.

Independent contractors work with minimal supervision and must adhere to compliance and confidentiality standards. The role requires phlebotomy experience, ability to operate tablets/computers, and a valid driver’s license with auto insurance.

Qualifications

• Actively practicing phlebotomy with a minimum of 1 year of work experience.
• Trained in manual blood pressure and pulse collection.
• Familiarity with tablets/computers.
• Preferred experience with pediatric and geriatric patients/home health.
• EKG experience is preferred, but not required.
• Reliable vehicle with a valid state driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform mobile medical exams in client homes or offices, including blood draws and vital signs.
• Collect medical histories, signatures, saliva samples, and 12‑lead EKGs as required.
• Follow compliance and safety policies while maintaining confidentiality.
• Work with limited supervision and flexible scheduling; exams may last 15 minutes to over an hour.
